Three Month Program
12 SESSIONS TOTAL $250 PER SESSION

3 sessions per month, once a week meet on a zoom call (30-40 min)
Four Month Program
I will send you a client intake form with questions that you need to fill out telling me a bit about yourself. I will also send you a contract of service. Once completed and signed you will send it back to me by email and I review both forms. In the meantime, you can decide which program you want to go with either the 2, 3 or 4 month program. Once I have reviewed your answers on the forms you sent me, I will schedule our first session together via zoom call. Each session will be 30-40 min long and will be once a week. I will also be available at any time if you have any questions or concerns via email. Depending on what fears and insecurities you are struggling with, I will go over what methods are best so you can start your inner work and personal development journey.
